Once I had my concept defined on my head I have started to think which elements would I need to create for the brand. I wanted with my design to make my service being recognize as any other food service on the streets, like hipster, simple, funny, because by researching on other social campaigns I saw that clearly the visual image wasn’t appealing.
For my second poster I made a graphic to explain all the features of the prosthetic hand.
All the illustrations have been done with a 0.5 and 0.2 black ink pen.
For the exhibition of “Beyond Limits” project delivered by Cecilie who run our Creative and Industry Module, I made a series of three posters to cover my choosen topic in this case a prosthetic hand tool for barbershops.
I was felling my creativity blowing away…so I had to think in something so I could go back in line.
Just as a curiosity I left here the first and the third image as an idea I got in between the thinking process.
I wanted to simplify something, a service a function and I start thinking jobs where prosthetics could improve the work.
After creating the piece I am starting to layout my idea across 3 posters a1 for the hand in!
For now I am at this stage but more work will be done!
On this Friday morning we had a great expirience working on C4D with Adrien .
These workshop helped on reflecting about the ‘extra bit’ we can apply on our projects for a more complete outcome.
Here there are some shots of the session!
After my first sketches and my first navigation through Internet I found that I could eventually create a stylized back prosthetic piece…to improve posture
There are some Pieces that do improve posture however none of them was stylized and cool, so From there I got my idea.
I started to think about a armour something that could also protect my back.
So to be able to make a kind of a fashion piece I thought about turtle shell’s because they have different patterns that could eventually give a cool look to my piece!
Although this could work, I am not going forward with the idea because I think I can explore more to get something more useful and awesome! So let’s rethink
This week we had the chance to see some of the work that is been produced by design studio.
They are an international brand design company and they have done work with some of the big companies as Lipton, tanqueray and guiness, deigning the bottles the packaging and generally speaking always very detailed which I think is great to see!
They’ve given a really simple however premium look which works really well!
Last week we had a class with Ricardo Eversley where we needed to create an image gallery to support our idea for the next project.for that we’ve used the social app Pinterest.
It’s really easy. First you type in a name of a certain campaign you think is relatable to your idea. Than you’ll collect the imagery onto a file.
Once you’ve done that you go on the file and you see what are the main trends on those images and you type them on Pinterest. That will provide you a good gallery so you can have some inspiration for yours!
Brand that can is the new brief that we’ve recived today…
Basically we will have to create a non profitable brand that will somehow change the life of people in need.
So today we went through a couple of examples to understand better what we have to do.
TOMS a sandals brand was one of the examples showing their principle of one to one that once someone buy a pair another one goes to the kids that need .
